In the five movements which make up this videomusical cookbook, different stages of the process of making vegetable soup stock are examined in micro-cinematic detail. Rhythmic audiovisual compositions are revealed in the most mundane and subtle aspects of the preparation of various different vegetables.
These videos were created for the Berlin-based Jesus Club at Maria am Ostbahnhof in late 2009 and were played intermittently between DJ acts and live music in the club.
